Day 1

Today was only day 1 but it was rough because my baby kept me up all night long! I actually considered making tomorrow my first day and just adding the sweetened coconut creamer to my coffee and calling it a day but I kept to it and stayed on plan. Despite my exhaustion it really helped that I had planned out my breakfast and lunch the night before because I didn’t have any unhealthy options it was easy because I just ate what I packed. In terms of dinner I picked up a prime rib steak on my way home from work that all I had to do was pan sear and stick in the oven and pair with my delicata squash and some greens. Something I have learned after doing many whole30s is the key to successful completion is just keeping your meals super simple and today was a good example of that!
